KRISTIN SCOTT THOMAS BOUT ROB 'HE'S ABSOLUTELY CHARMING AND DELIGHTFUL"
Kristin Scott Thomas is firmly on Team Edward. Yes, she's starring now in a wrenching film about the Holocaust. But Thomas, 51, also shot the period drama Bel Ami with Twilight's Robert Pattinson and laughs when asked about his appeal. "Yes, I understand, I understand," she says with a cool chuckle.
Q: Tell me about working with Pattinson in Bel Ami.
A: (Laughs) He is absolutely charming and delightful, and he looks very good in a top hat.

"When we were at Comic Con on Thursday night, we had dinner reservations * Hardrock in San Diego @ Nobu, we had not idea we were there with a dinner party with the company I work for. When we got there the restaurant was packed, only reservations were taken that night. When we entered I did not realize all the stars that were there, as we were escorted to our tables, I was looking around, just to see if I could recognize anyone, and low and behold there on our left was your beloved Robert and Kristen..I must tell you if they were sitting any closer to each other, and it was a pretty big table, she was practically in his lap, and fixing his food, it was really cute, reminded me of an old married couple.. He had his arm around her and they looked like they did not know anyone else was in the room……Then Justin Timberlake came in and shook hands with Rob and said hello to Kristen, sat down and we were escorted to our tables…A few feet away from theirs.
Sorry very long post, like a book. Anyway I sat facing their table. When Justin ordered his food, he was very intently talking to Robert, Kristen seemed to be listening holding Robert’s hand. I kept watching trying not to look stupid, I guess I did ok, anyway, Justin finished his dinner shook Roberts hand again, he seemed to really like Rob, left and then there was just Robert and Kristen…Again I was laughing so hard, my boss thought I was loaded, Kristen moved extremely close to Rob her right hand sort of disappeared, I think on his leg, and she was all over him like butter on bread…I thought they looked really like a married couple, she was talking to him and staring at him, I was saying to myself, gee he must really have something special…When we left the restaurant, I told my boss, and she started to laugh, she said that she has believed all along that these two have and are in love…..I hope you don’t mind me sharing this with you." During the Snow White panel at Comic-Con, producers confirmed that the cast would be jetting off this week to get going on the much hyped project. Filming is set to start in early August. So what have Rob and Kristen been up to? The couple was spotted having dinner Tuesday in West Hollywood. “They looked relaxed and comfortable. They were just talking, hanging out like any normal couple” says an onlooker.
It's rare Pattinson and Stewart go out without prying eyes, so we’ll just leave it at that. Rob has a bit of a break before Breaking Dawn promo duties kick into high gear. MTV "There's this really quiet moment when Bella discovers that she's pregnant and Edward leaves the room having said, 'Carlisle will get that thing out of you,' " Condon recalled, "and she realizes, 'Oh my god, I've got trouble ahead.'
"Edward, the person she's been longing for all this time is actually on the other side of this very basic issue about this baby that's growing inside of her, and she puts all that aside and she turns and she has a moment where she catches herself in this mirror. It's actually a scene, just Kristen alone, where she falls in love with the idea of being a mother and it's just simple, but I think it's very moving."
Condon went on to say that Pattinson's work in the film is equally moving, noting how much he has evolved as an actor. "[Edward] really becomes an adult [in this film]," Condon said. "In the beginning, he has this beautiful toast to [Bella] where he talks about, 'You're so lucky if you find that one person who can see you for who you are and still accept you and allow you to move beyond who you've been.' And that's what Rob does in this movie," the director added, "He sort of puts aside Edward's self-loathing and all that stuff and actually becomes a man.
"So at the end, when Bella's given birth and she's died and he's trying to bring her back, there is stuff in there where the camera just holds him for a long time where he's just doing everything he can think of to make her live and to beg her to live," Condon revealed. "It's just really powerful."

The trailer for Robert Pattinson’s film upcoming ‘Bel Ami’ has been released, in which the London born actor plays a young soldier in 1890s Paris.Via Via
Adapted from the the Guy de Maupassant novel, Pattinson stars alongside Irish actor Colm Meaney.
Meaney, originally from Dublin, spoke about Pattinson’s screaming fans in a Late Late show interview.
“In Budapest we were shooting and it was mad because...it really was like what you would imagine was Beatlemania was like,” Meaney said.
No matter where they filmed the Irish actor said there were “screaming girls everywhere” eager to see Pattinson.
“We were shooting way out past Heathrow in a big old country house and there were these two, not girls now, women, middle aged women, who for three days were camped at the gate house of this estate
“And they camped there for three days in miserable weather hoping to catch a glimpse of him,” Meaney recalled.

IAN SOMERHALDER SAYS ROB IS A "PRETTY SEXY DUDE"
Ian Somerhalder, who plays Damon on the CW series "The Vampire Diaries," says Robert Pattinson, star of the "Twilight" films, is a "pretty sexy dude."
Somerhalder, 32, made his comments to OnTheRedCarpet.com at the recent Comic-Con International convention in San Diego, California (see video above - warning, contains questionable language).
"I don't think anybody can touch that guy," the actor said about Pattinson. "That guy has like 100 million 'Twilight' fans worldwide. I think he's a pretty sexy dude because about 100 million women say so."
Both "The Vampire Diaries" and the "Twilight" movies are based on books and the actors who portray their main characters have massive fan followings. The "Twilight" films have made more than $1.8 billion worldwide.
Pattinson, a 25-year-old British actor, plays the vampire Edward Cullen and reprises his role in the fourth installment, "Breaking Dawn," alongside Kristen Stewart, who plays his love interest, Bella Swan. The first part hits theaters on November 11.

K11 UPDATE : NO KRISTEN BUT BIGBRO CAMERON WILL BE ON FILM
Variety Kristen Stewart won't appear in "K-11," her mom's directorial debut, but big brother Cameron Stewart will, Variety's Josh Dickey exclusively reports. It'll be the first film credit for K-Stew's older sibling (no picture available, sorry guys!) but not for his co-stars Goran Visnjic, D.B. Sweeney and Portia Doubleday. The film stars Visnjic as a successful young record producer who wakes up after a three-day binge in a special unit of L.A. County’s Men’s Central Jail that's dedicated to vulnerable prisoners, a place ruled by a viper transsexual. (Cameron Stewart’s role wasn't disclosed). Though there was mass speculation that his kid sister of “Twilight” fame would also play a transgendered character, she is not involved in the project, alas. Shooting started July 18 at locations in Woodland Hills and Hollywood, and has moved on to the now-closed Sybil Brand correctional facility for women in Los Angeles County.
