Breaking Dawn part 2 stills "EW" + Bill Condon talk "Perview interview"

 

It’s been — let’s just say —an eventful couple of weeks for Team Twilight. Bella and Edward may find eternal, immortal bliss in Breaking Dawn — Part 2 (out Nov. 16), but costars and (only recently confirmed) couple Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are having a much harder time since incriminating photographs of Stewart and her Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, surfaced late last month. “The fact is, these are actors playing parts, and maybe it’s not such a bad thing that people be reminded of that,” Bill Condon tells EW. “Both of these actors gave heart and soul to the Twilight movies, not only during shooting, but also by navigating so graciously the whole life-in-a-fishbowl aspect of the phenomenon. Above all they have always shown great respect for the fans who made these movies such a success. Now it’s time that some of that respect be returned to them.”

But beyond the intense media and public scrutiny into these young actors’ private lives, the turn of events also creates a real challenge for Summit, the studio releasing the film, as it gears up to promote the final installment. In other words: what happens during an international press tour and red carpet premiere when the two top-billed stars may or may not be speaking to each other? Nancy Kirkpatrick, the company’s head of worldwide marketing, tells EW, “While it is studio policy not to comment on the personal lives of actors, Summit is moving full steam ahead.”

In more innocent times (read: a month ago), the Twilight stars sat down for a roundtable interview and talked about the film, the ending of the series, and what they’ve learned from the Twilight experience. Pattinson marvels at Edward’s unflappable ability to stay rational. “It’s strange,” he says with a laugh. “All through the series it’s like, ‘Hey , this guy is trying to be sensible! Let’s think this thing out.’ And everyone is like ‘F— you’”.

Stewart presses him, curious to know what he learned from playing the role. ”Don’t be pragmatic. Be an emotional idiot.”

Official Twilight FB Filmmaker Statement Regarding Breaking Dawn Leaks

Dear Twilight Saga fans,

As some of you may know, pictures and screen grabs of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn as a work in progress have leaked on the internet. We are extremely proud of this film and also extremely heartbroken to see it out there at this stage.

The film and these images are not yet ready or in their proper context. They were illegally obtained and their early dissemination is deeply upsetting to the actors, the filmmakers and Summit who are working so hard to bring these movies to fruition to you in November 2011 and November 2012.

Please, for those who are posting, stop. And please, though the temptation is high, don’t view or pass on these images. Wait for the film in its beautiful, finished entirety to thrill you.

CONFIRMED FROM SUMMIT : JD PARDO IS NAHUEL

I just got confirmation from Summit Entertainment that the actor JD Pardo is Nahuel

Rumor had broken earlier this week that he might be Nahuel when Breaking Dawn credits appeared next to his name in an area that typically only agents/managers can access on the IMDB.

JD Pardo has been in several TV series that unfortunately haven’t had much longevity. One of our favorites was American Dreams back in 2004 where he played Matt Perez.

The eagle has landed.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, the two stars of the blockbuster series The Twilight Saga, rolled into town Monday afternoon at the Vancouver International Airport.

The two on-screen lovebirds -- and rumoured real-life couple -- were spotted at customs in the international terminal, arriving in town to film the latest installment of the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn.

A small group paparrazzi spotted the two inside the terminal and waited for Stewart and Pattinson to emerge.

After around 30 minutes, Stewart was first to leave the terminal, running out to her waiting chauffer vehicle and shielding her head with a jacket.

A few seconds later, Pattinson casually walked out wearing dark sunglasses and a bomber jacket with red sleeves. He kept his head low as the photographers shot him heading to his vehicle.

Stewart's and Pattinson's bodyguards escorted the stars from the airport to their cars.

Bagaimana kau merubah 800 halaman buku menjadi film durasi 2 jam?

MR : Sangat hati-hati. Dimulai dengan dan diakhiri dengan. Ini merupakan perjalanan emosi dari tiap karakter. Itu adalah yang paling penting harus ditangkap dan kau harus membuat perjalanan emosinya seperti dalam buku, agar penonton yang sudah membaca bukunya punya perasaan yang sama. Baik saat membaca dan setelah divisualisasikan.Beberapa orang bilang aku berhasil, beberapa lagi bilang tidak.

Apakah kau mendapatkan feedback dari fans ketika kau,..contohnya memotong beberapa scene?

MR : Aku punya fan site. Dan sebagian fans menanggapi WOW!kau memotong adegannya terlalu banyak, dan sebagian lagi bilang aku melakukan hal yang hebat. Ada macam-macam situs di situ, ada beberapa situs yang aku tidak mau membacanya, karena aku tidak bisa mengatasi kegilaannya. Kau tidak bisa membuat semua fans senang, tapi setidaknya buat sebagian besar mereka senang.

Bagaimana menantangnya membuat yang terakhir (Breaking Dawn) karena seperti kau tau, ini adalah sesuatu yang besar?

MR : Ini memang besar, ini juga adalah tantangan yang besar, dan aku jamin tidak semua fans akan senang, tapi aku juga jamin beberapa fans juga akan senang. Kau harus menyerah untuk membuat semua orang senang, karena itu tidak mungkin, tapi setidaknya buat sebagian besar dari mereka senang. Dan lagi, ini buku terakhir ini adalah tentang karakter spesifik perjalanan Bella. Ini adalah perjalanan yang besar, perubahan yang besar untuknya dan aku harap kau menyadari itu.

Kembali lagi ke Breaking Dawn, sejauh mana sudah dikerjakan, mengingat masa produksi akan segera dimulai?

MR : Akan segera terlaksana, ada diskusi yang mendalam tentang cerita ini, dan mencari cara bagaimana melakukannya..kami sudah setengahnya melakukan itu.

Ada kepastian kapan akan segera dimulai?

MR : Aku tidak tau, tapi yang jelas vampir tidak boleh terlihat bertambah tua.

Bakal ada scene honeymoon (CIHUUYY), melahirkan n cesaerian (tp gak tau sejauh mana bakal di ekpsos), sedikit sex after immortal (CIHUUUYY lagi!). Karena nurut gw itu adalah inti dari perjalanan dan perubahan yang dialami ma Bella..Get ready to be pregnant n giving birth Kris!huahahaha..

Selebihnya terserah lo deh Madam..huahahahahha..Oh iya, klo bisa scene Jacob jgn banyak banget..huahahahha..yeah, yeah, I know your team Jacob..

KRISTEN STEWART DISKUSI TENTANG RUMOR BREAKING DAWN AKAN DIJADIKAN 3D

Saat wawancara MTV News dengan Kristen Stewart,dia ditanya tentang bagaimana pendapatnya kalau Breaking Dawn,film terakhir dari Twilight Saga akan dibuat seperti Avatar alias dibuat jadi 3D.

"Aku tidak tau.Aku pikir itu gila!Mungkin harus scene-scene tertentu saja,bukan semuanya." Katanya.

Tapi jangan berharap kalau scene melahirkannya Bella dibuat jadi 3D.

"Tidak,aku rasa scene itu jangan dibuat jadi 3D,itu akan sangat mengerikan." Lanjut Kristen lagi.

Dan menurut Kristen lebih baik kalau Breaking Dawn dibuat seperti film biasa saja yaitu 2D,bukan 3D.
